DAILY GOALS
LISTEN TO MUSIC
Music increases your vibrations and puts you in a better mood. The way you start your day impacts the rest of your mood.
PRIORITIZE
Your life is a series of choices that you make. Each of us are lazy and it takes a disciplined person to not make excuses. Make a list. If you didn’t complete all your goals just revisit them and stay committed.
READ BOOKS
Gain as much knowledge as possible. Learn as much as you can.I used to think reading is for dorks. Bill gates reads 50 books a year. Implement the trend of reading. If you’re the smartest person in the room, you are in the wrong room. Enrich your mind.
PASSION
Do things with a commited passion. Stop listening to your unconscious limiting beliefs. Challenge your beliefs and thoughts daily. People always notice your efforts no matter what.
JOURNAL
Every morning, I write in my gratitude journal that I purchased from TJmaxx for only $4.99. I like to have decorative stationary. You can find great alternatives at the dollar store! There’s always great deals there.
I noticed a remarkable difference. I wake up happier and I am thankful for all that I have. Every morning, I fill my notebook with positive entries which in turn motivates me and encourages me to shift my energy.
ENERGY
Protect your energy. Anyone who separates you from your true self and dreams is undeserving of being in your circle. Your energy is beautiful. Self growth is crucial. Getting in the habit of growing daily makes me feel like a newer person every day.
EXERCISE
Get your body in motion. Not only is this good for your heart and blood flow. It’s great for your wellbeing. Take a 15-20 minute walk to the library or store. Take a different route home. During my free time on break, I opt for taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Instead of taking one step I go for two. This is one method of stretching I honor my lower body with. In winding up, “Balance” counts as exercise too! Start small- light stretches are great for the hamstrings.
SELFLESS
Go out in the world and help those less fortunate than you. One small thing can mean the world to an individual. The good you do for others comes back to you tenfold.
